Well, it is a catchy tune

Ever since Gerald Ford's funeral, Amelia has been walking around loudly singing "Hail to the Chief."  (We suggested that she learn the words that Jack Lemmon sang in My Fellow Americans, but she sticks with "dah dah dah dah.")

Emma Teaches an Unruly Student

Emma loves to play "teacher," but her sister Amelia is not always a willing student, as evidenced by this recent report card:

Amelia is going thru the Treasure Box without permition. She is NOT obeying the teacher & [is] always saying "poop."

The bottom of the report card sternly spells out the School Rules:

Poop is a no-no.
Must obey teacher.
No pushing against xmas tree.

Even in pretend classrooms, apparently, experience can expand one's syllabus from a brief overview to a thick booklet of policies.
