I'm definitely not the first to say so, but the new Kashi Black Bean Mango frozen entree is fantastic! Eight grams of protein, seven grams of fiber, vegan, and delicious to boot. I normally pack a lunch, but for those days when packing a lunch is too tough, I plan to have more of these in the freezer. They are somewhat pricey, but cheaper than eating out.
