Before it gets too far past Easter, here are some snaps of the day:
The girls were delighted that the Easter bunny paid a visit. Emma hopped out of bed as soon as her eyes were open, then rushed back to report that the bunny had left baskets of candy. Amelia echoed, "Candy--for me!" and hopped out of bed herself.
Later in the day, we joined Grammy and Gramps for dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grammy brought the yummy orange-flavored bunny cake . . . mmmmmm.
Emma had made this terrific Easter hat out of tissue paper at her preschool, but she ended up wearing a different Easter hat (and a superhero mask).
