What sort of gradgrinds would invent the "no play houses" rule? And then would enforce that rule on a swingset with a roof? At least I know that our hoa wouldn't spend $20,000 plus on this silliness; we couldn't afford it. Which is not to say that we have no homeowners who would object to families installing play equipment in their back yards; I'm sure some of them would.
