Did George W. Bush really begin his State of the Union address by bragging about his "fiscal responsibility"? Yikes! I'm reminded of a typo from an early West Wing State of the Union: "Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm proud to report that our country is stranger than it was four years ago."
Update: The hug between the Iraqi woman and the soldier mom did bring tears to my eyes. It's true that motherhood has made me a complete sap, but I think I'd have choked up even if I weren't a parent.

To be fair, he misread the script. What he meant was "physical re-post-ability," which was a nod to the blogosphere, specifically the certain type of blog which specializes in, shall we say, celebrities who are scantily clad, and the requisite meme behavior thereoff.
Who knew the President was so technologically savy?

I'm sure somewhere you can find a definition of "fiscal responsibility" that reads: "spending more money than you actually have while reducing your total income."
Love your blog, especially the grammar posts!
